Good Afternoon all,
This is just a follow-up to Tony's email on 7/15.
Throughout 2024, Carnegie’s IT team has been hard at work improving the
Institution’s cyber security standards. Our technical support teams have
implemented many improvements and updates on Carnegie systems that will
help to make our campuses a safe & secure place to conduct and support
research into the future.
With this goal in mind, we are asking the Carnegie community to help us
strengthen these recent improvements by participating in an
Institution-wide, one-time password reset. All Carnegie accounts have
until September 2024 to make this change.
The good news is that you can manage your account credentials easily today
by visiting password.carnegiescience.edu and logging in with your current
Carnegie credentials. The Carnegie IT team has also created a password
reset guide
<https://carnegiescience.refined.site/space/IT/89456641/How+to+Manage+Your+C…>
to
walk you through this process if needed.
As always, if you have any questions, or need assistance, you can reach out
via the Carnegie helpdesk at it.carnegiescience.edu.
Thank you all,
Shaun
