We recently made a change to our VPN that requires DUO single
sign-on. Carnegie users will have had their FortiClient connections
automatically updated but JHU PDM users should ensure their
connection is set to use SSO. There is a "Enable Single Sign On" box
that needs to be checked to be able to log in
If you don't see that setting you will need to update your
FortiClient from https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads
Be sure to download the "FortClient VPN-only", not the ZTNA or EMS
versions.
